Whenever I try to download any file it just says Downloading... and nothing happens please help?

Scroll down to below the advertisement. You should see a "Start download" sign. Its a bit small, but you have to click that.

Hey thanks, im using HL model viewer to view models but how can i view maps? Im sure I viewed a map in there before?

You need the program called BSPviewer for the maps.
