Since this is an AMX MOD X Plugin designed and compiled against
ESF 1.2.1 and AMX MOD X 1.0 you have to copy corePowerLevel.amxx
to your plugins folder and add it to configs/plugins.ini.

<< Usage >>

Set Cvar << .corePowerLevel >> to the Value you want.
