• Note that all submissions are subject to moderation and will not instantly appear on the website without a moderator approving the file. The moderation process can take up to a couple of days depending on the activity of the current file/article moderators.
• All files you submit must be either your own creation or in case you edited previously existing files you must obtain the original authors permission beforehand and naturally credit everyone who did the original work. You also need to state what exactly is yours and whats been re-used. Simply crediting "ESF Team" will not count and your file will be deleted
